Summary/Comment:
?Sassy Girl, Choon-hyang? is the 2005 interpretation of the ?Legend of Chun-hyang?. The story begins when Lee Mong-ryong is transferred from Seoul to a high school in Namwon, North Jeolla Province. Choon-hyang does her best to help Mong-ryong, her first love and the son of the Namwon Police Station chief, to enter a prestigious university. However, after meeting with Mong-ryong?s first love, Chae-rin, Mong-ryong?s love toward Choon-hyang is shattered, although Choon-hyang?s love remains unwavering.

One day, Byeon Hak-do, CEO of a famous entertainment company, appears in her life. He exudes confidence that he can make any woman fall for him. But as Choon-hyang shows no interest in him, his self-esteem is damaged profoundly. Byeon Hak-do is determined to make her love him.


yeah i know that this series is meybe old now nothing new but i think that if you watched then you think like me that this was so great many still remember her and what happens to they love and besaides this was so funny :rawr:

Maan... it's like one of my fave K-drama (I dun like alot of fave that's K) so it is really good!! I like both of the main characters. They're good looking XD . This is the series that got me into putting Jae Hee (Mung Ryung) in my "to perve" list hehes.. he's soo cute!!

I actually like the story itself since I'm that romance-comedy drama sucker. However there are certain parts that I really don't like. That is particularly the ones where Chae rin collaborate with Hak do to separate the couple repeatedly. I thought that it's overused (But still.. better than if the main lead got leukemia U.U).

I don't know why too but I really dislike the guy who played Hak do. I don't know.. maybe more of his antagonist character that he played there. Though strangely I don't feel as much spite to Chae rin (although she's also an antagonist) *shrugs*.

I immensely enjoy this particular K-drama so I highly recommend it to people who haven't watched it.

i like the main guy here, so cute, and the ending in every episode is so funny.

gosh this is supposed to be a comedy but I tried loads watching it. I guess that's what happens when you get into a good series and plus I'm just an emotional person. My grandma told me I need to learn to control my emotions because I cry too much and it's not good for my eyes haha

it's confusing at times though, cos there's this other movie with Jun Ji Hyun called My Sassy Girl. People often confuse this series with that movie cos of the name. But I think the other name for this series is "My Sassy Girl, Chon Yang"... so there you go.. less confusing ^^

Oh.. and the two mainlead also appear at the very ending of "My Girl" series right? lol they're playing as a couple as well... although only as a cameo, but pretty surprising to see them there harhar.. surprised in a good way though XD

My sister started watching this, but just lost interest for some reason. So I'm hesitant in picking it up.

I totally adore this series...it's uplifting, sweet and has just the right amount of romance and cheesse to satisfy me! :P: I was never a Han Chae Yong fan until I saw this series...she's sooo adorablea s Choon Hyang..and Jae Hee was PERFECT as Myong Rong...a really entertaining K-drama...a must see!!!
