can any recommend wat program i should use to rip CDs?
and where can i dl it?

Windows Media Player and Winamp can both rip cd.
But if you want to use a different program, then....

dbpoweramp Music Converter (dMC)
It's a converter, but it also specialize in ripping cd.

I suggest using WMA it is better

pretty any player can rip cds. i use either WMA or itunes.

i used cool pro edit
coz after i import it.i can save it as any format.^^
